A Carefree Heart: The Key to Abundant Life

A carefree heart is the KEY to experiencing the abundant life. Fear, anxieties and worries in our hearts will prevent us from being able to receive the promises of the God. In His Word, God bombards us with verses calling us to not fear and to cast our burdens on Him.

The Word describes our hearts as soil and each of God’s promises as seeds. Allowing our hearts to be full of fears and worries is like trying to plant a seed in concrete. The seed of God’s promise cannot take root and will not produce fruit. Only in soft soil, a carefree heart, will the seeds of His Word grow.
